Fire Science/EMT
The Fire Science program will be developed in partnership with the Sheridan Fire District. Instructors for the program will be provided by Sheridan Fire, who will also coordinate funding and resources for a training tower to be built on-site.
Student Outcomes
The program includes fire prevention/ suppression training and emergency response activities. Students are eligible to receive EMT, wildland fire, and national NFPA Firefighters 1 certificate.

The Fire Science / EMT pathway is currently planned to be one of the first pathways open to students when funding for final development is received. The exact opening date is unknown. Updates regarding this pathway will be sent through the email list when new information is available.
